Automatically Evolving Extensibile Centralized Web System

The evolvor cycle could be concurrently and independently applied to the interface, configuration, and model code of multiple open source web services -- and be made available through a common platform for centralized computing -- creating an automatically evolving (no human maintenance) versioning system and evolving web application that can automate the improvement of any supported open source application.
